Epredia is the preferred source for providing Technical, Preventative and Repair Support for Epredia Manufactured instruments. At this time, only Epredia-employed trained service technicians are certified to perform services on Epredia manufactured instruments in the United States. Certified technicians are those technicians who are current on all safety, software, and instrument modifications; and who are trained specifically by Epredia within the last 12 months.
